Federation guide
Federating can be one of the most important decisions your school will make. Boards considering federating are able to access a guide document, created by The Governance Service on behalf of Norfolk County Council.
The guide aims to support governors exploring the option to federate, and to help them to understand the steps that must be undertaken to complete the federation process successfully, as well as guidance on planning and reviewing the first year as a federated board. This guidance is designed to help and support you through a complete federation process.
