| | | (19/08/2008) | Cyberbullying Film Available Free to Schools | DCSF and Childnet's Let's Fight It Together cyberbullying film is now available to order. It comes with a teacher's guide and lesson plan, and is available free of charge to maintained schools in England. Other organisations and individuals can order the film for a charge of £6.20, to cover packing, postage and VAT.

| | | (19/08/2008) | Applying for National Healthy School Status | The next closing date for schools to submit their self validation forms in order to apply for National Healthy School Status is Friday 19th September (this has been extended by one week to allow schools that are nearly ready a few more days to complete the online process). Applications received by this date will be notified if they are successful by mid October. The next round of self validations need to be submitted by 12th December for approval by mid January 2009.
