Energy Busters Outreach  Programme


The Energy Busters programme is a joint partnership between the National Trust and Norfolk County Council. The free programme has been working with Norfolk Primary Schools to reduce their energy consumption since 2005. Thanks to funding from Norfolk County Council the team will be working with every school across Norfolk over the next 5 years.  For more information about Energy Busters click here.

Energy Busters KS1
Sparhawk Infant and Nursery school have bravely gone where no school has before. This term has seen the pilot of the KS1 and Nursery Energy Busters Programme. Embraced as a whole school approach, Sparhawk have thrown themselves into the thick of it. News on how they got on coming soon...

Energy Busters Logo Competition!
Congratulations to James Spirack of Colman Junior School in Norwich with this award winning design. James's design can now be seen on all of our publicity including the website and our thanks go out to him for a fine effort.

Working with Special Schools
The team have recently completed a very successful pilot Energy Busters programme at Sheringham Woodfields Community Special School.  The programme is now being delivered across county, if you'd like to take part, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

The Team Expands!
Thanks to funding from Norfolk County Council we now have an additional three full-time Energy Outreach Learning Officers: Lois, Stuart and Rebecca. They will be going out to schools across Norfolk to deliver the Energy Busters programme, along with Kathryn and Clare.  Click here to find out more about the team!
