The Learning Diamond comprises four specific areas :

• 19 Learning Programmes
• 3 Leadership Academy Modules
• 3 Keynote Conferences

• Consultation and Brokerage

The Learning Diamond is a global package of high quality support for Secondary Schools, headteachers – this generation and the next – staff and governors. We have based our proposals on meeting school need by talking with schools and headteachers and by looking at the varied agenda of NCSL, Ofsted and DCSF and have developed mutual and supportive links with Norfolk Association of Secondary Headteachers (NASH) and Norfolk Association of Secondary Deputy and Assistant Headteachers (NASDAH). In addition, we will be continuing our very successful Leadership Academy, described by NCSL as “innovative and cutting edge”, crucial in Norfolk’s strategy to address the issue of succession planning.
