Early years Norfolk Education Online (NEO) account

In Norfolk, an online service known as Norfolk Education Online (NEO) is used by early years providers and families.

Families

For families there is information about home learning, early years funding and childcare and starting school.  It is also possible to register an account to -

• Check eligibility for early education
• Apply for free school meals
• Submit school admission applications

Go to Norfolk Education Online to sign in, create an account or discover more about home learning, early years and school. 

Providers - Early Years, Out of School (Wraparound) and Parent & Toddler

For providers it is the place to sign in to the provider portal and access quick links to current information, resources and updates.  It is also used to -

• Book Courses and events
• Claim early education
• Record staff details
• Submit and update data

If you are a new provider and need a user id to sign in, email Family information at fis@norfolk.gov.uk.  Otherwise arrange for a request form to be submitted via the forms module or sign in to the portal.
