INTRAN translation services

The service provided through INTRAN is a fully co-ordinated interpreting and translation service for users and those who provide services to the general public.

Through tendering, INTRAN approves and commissions agencies to provide the following services:

• British Sign Language interpreting and lipspeaking
• Face-to-face interpreting
• Telephone interpreting
• Written translations
• Braille
• Audio translations

You do need to book whichever language service you require directly with INTRAN and provide your organisation's INTRAN ID code in order to access them.

All Norfolk LA schools and academies with existing INTRAN membership can view their unique INTRAN ID code by logging into the My School website and then clicking on INTRAN in the 'Current / Important links' box. All other academies and free schools will need to contact their SLT and/or MAT directly as there is a membership fee for access to INTRAN.
