VNET
VNET is committed to supporting the Norfolk KS2 challenge by offering a wide range of school improvement activities tailored to both our member schools and non-members
Our members benefit from termly School Improvement Partner (SIP) visits, where improvement strategies are informed by data-driven discussions. All school staff—leadership teams, teachers, teaching assistants, school business managers, and governors—can engage in our various professional networks. These include communities of practice in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, and EYFS, along with access to our Peer Review process, all included in the membership package.
Our work is centred on helping schools achieve the best possible outcomes at Key Stage 2. Many of our initiatives, including expert-led project series on key issues such as attendance and disadvantage, are also available to non-members, ensuring wide-reaching support across the county. No Silver Bullet - A Leadership-Driven Approach to Raising Standards
Raising KS2 outcomes in schools is a complex challenge. There is no silver bullet, no single solution to guarantee success. However, evidence shows that a combination of strong leadership, a positive school culture, and effective processes can create the right conditions for all children to thrive. This programme provides a practical, evidence-based framework to help you implement strategies that drive sustainable improvements in teaching, learning, and pupil achievement.
