School Term Dates and Holiday Dates 2026-27
Local authorities have a duty to set the school term dates for local authority maintained schools, such as community and voluntary controlled schools.
Thank you to everyone who responded to the consultation on school term dates for 2026-27 held at the end of last year. During the consultation period we received 23 responses during the consultation.
The majority of responses were from staff (91%), with a few from parents (17%) and governors (17%).
The Norfolk Term Dates 2026/2027 will be those set out in the consultation as the majority of respondents agreed with the proposed term dates shown in the consultation document.
