Primary Data Support Package
Why wait for ASP? Early access to your performance data before the summer break, to help identify priorities for your year ahead, followed by ongoing sessions in the autumn term and support throughout the year.
The package provides strategic support through unique interactive Data dashboards, a suite of expert sessions, plus ongoing access to an experienced adviser, ensuring you are fully supported with your school performance analysis needs.

Mid July 2025 and Early - Mid September 2025
| 3 hour Face-to-Face Session + Data Dashboard | The Early results session will share the Early National and Norfolk results for EYFSP, Phonics, MTC and KS2, as well as initial insights across the range of statutory assessments from both a National and local context. School leaders will also be able to access their own results, through their Early Results Data Dashboard, to get ahead with their Self Evaluation and School Improvement & Development Plan, ready to hit the ground running in September. Delegates will be supported to use the Data Dashboard and have the chance to explore their own dashboard. An accompanying workbook will guide exploration and help document insights. |
Mid-September to Mid-October 2025
| 3 hour Face-to-Face Session + Data Dashboard + KS2 QLA Dashboard | The Provisional results and KS2 QLA session will share the provisional KS2 National and Norfolk results, as well as an in-depth analysis of the KS2 Tests and Teacher assessments. School leaders will have access to their own results, via their Provisional Data Dashboard,allowing them to update their Self Evaluation and School Improvement & Development Plan. English and Maths Leads are also invited to attend this session along with their school leader, creating a unique opportunity to not only hear the in-depth analysis nut look together at their KS2 QLA Dashboard, which contains question level analysis for of the KS2 Reading, Mathematics and GPS Tests to inform improvement actions, curriculum plans and focus subject interventions. |
Mid-November to Mid-December 2025
| 3 hour Face-to-Face Session | The Understanding your IDSR and ASP session will share the latest developments within these web-based tools and also provide relevant updates on Data from DfE, Ofsted, STA and School Performance Tables School leaders will have the opportunity to access both platforms to fully understand the breadth of school data available and how it is presented. Guidance and direction will be provided on how to use these tools to enhance your data informed school evaluation. |
Mid-January 2026 | Data Dashboard | The Revised Data Dashboard will be shared with school leaders via Perspective, this will contain the final set of results from 2025. |
June 2025 to May 2026 | Online Repository | Ongoing monthly updates regarding data deadlines, release dates and publications from DfE and STA. Access to resources and links from the support sessions. |
Data Dashboards feature EYFSP, PSC, MTC and KS2 Data for the most recent academic year along with a three-year trend. The data is displayed as both tables and charts and can be filtered for a range of vulnerable groups
What is the cost?
The cost is determined by a fixed charge, the Number on Roll (NOR) and any additional charges for extra dashboards, senior leader places or English and Maths.
(The fixed charge covers one senior leader place per session along with one English and one Maths lead place at the Provisional results and KS2 QLA session, as well as a single set of dashboards.)
Custom versions and quotes can be provided for MATs based on their specific requirements.
How do I book?
