Staff wellbeing is integral to promoting a whole-school or college approach to mental health and wellbeing. The Anna Freud Centre provides guidance and resources, including:

Monitor and measure staff wellbeing
- In order to monitor and measure staff wellbeing it is recommended that you conduct a confidential annual staff wellbeing survey (opens new window)

Staff wellbeing
- The Department for Education Staff Wellbeing Charter is a declaration of support for, and set of commitments to the wellbeing and mental health of everyone working in education. All state funded schools and colleges are invited to sign up to the charter, as a shared commitment to protect, promote and enhance the wellbeing of their staff.
