Alternative academy software options

PS Financials accounting software

Since our association with PS Financials in April 2015, we are proud to be working as an accredited partner, to provide tier 1 training and support for the PSF accounting system. Academies and Multi-Academy Trusts may procure the software licence direct from PSF, and the training and support via our EducationFinance team, secure in the knowledge that you are accessing local expertise for a nationally based system. We offer a number of support packages from just telephone helpline/email support to the procurement of on-site support and training days.

Sage for Education accounting software

Since September 2017 we are excited to be working with Sage for Education as an accredited partner, to provide tier 1 training and support for their education accounting system. We have exclusivity to provide training and support in Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridgeshire. Academies and Multi-Academy Trusts may procure the software licence direct from Sage, but use EducationFinance as their referral partner. We will carry out the installation of the software alongside providing the training and support you require. We offer a number of support packages from just telephone helpline/email support to the procurement of on-site support and training days.

Orovia budget planning software

We have been in association with Orovia since April 2015 and are delighted to be working as an accredited partner, to provide the budget planner software and tier 1 training and support for the budget planning system. Academies and Multi-Academy Trusts may procure the system via our EducationFinance Team, secure in the knowledge that you are accessing local expertise for a nationally based system. You will be assigned a project lead to oversee the set-up, along with ongoing telephone helpline/email support. Training and on-site visits can be procured at an additional cost. 

HCSS budget planning software

We have been in association with HCSS since January 2016 and are proud to be working as an accredited partner, to provide the budget planner software and tier 1 training and support for the budget planning system. Academies and Multi-Academy Trusts may procure the system via our EducationFinance Team, secure in the knowledge that you are accessing local expertise for a nationally based system. You will be assigned a project lead to oversee the set-up, along with ongoing telephone helpline/email support. Training and on-site visits can be procured at an additional cost.
