Guidance on Quality Standards for neurodevelopmental diagnosis

Children's Services and the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board has produced guidance to help parents and carers when they are considering seeking diagnostic services for ASD and ADHD from the private market.

The guidance will also help SENCOs and school staff when being asked to consider diagnostic reports for SEND planning to help consider whether the practice meets appropriate clinical standards. The guidance will be published on Norfolk's Local Offer and is attached here in a helpful guidance document for schools to use and/or to share with parents/carers.
