For Key Stage test administration (formerly known as NCA Tools)

• To register pupils for tests (KS2)
• To order test materials (Phonics, KS1 and KS2)
• To submit Teacher Assessments (KS2)
• To submit headteacher declaration forms at the end of Key Stage Assessment (EYFS, Phonics, KS1 and KS2) 
• To view and download test results (KS2 results - available to primary and secondary schools)
• Operated by the DfE.
