This package provides access to professional HR advice and support, unlimited recruitment advertising, Norfolk Supply Teacher Register, HR administration and a comprehensive model employment policy framework.

Extensive assistance is given to leaders and managers through complex staffing situations. We'll be there to help when things get tough. In addition, our comprehensive range of model policies and procedures with written guidance (available 24/7 through the easy to use InfoSpace site) provides a sound base to use when determining your own employment framework. Our WorkSpace system provides a safe and easy to use, online portal for you to notify us of new appointments, contract changes and leavers. The system guides you through the notification process and allows fast generation of high-quality contract documentation. Our experienced team of HR administrators are always at hand to help.

Unlimited recruitment advertising through Education Job Finder is included plus an option to use our web-based candidate management system to bring quality and efficiency to your recruitment processes. Access to the Norfolk Supply Teacher Register with supported searches and claims processing comes with this packages.

Professional advice and support (HR Consultancy)

  • An experienced HR consultant who will work with leaders, developing a strong working relationship and supporting the achievement of the organisation's priorities
  • Strategic and operational advice on the full range of employee relations activities including redundancy, ill-health, misconduct and grievance
  • Additional support from a wider team of experts, e.g. for formal hearings, complex ill-health scenarios, mediation
  • Access to an occupational health service provider
  • Delivery of the service through telephone, e-mail and on-site visits
  • Active assistance in liaising with LADO in relation to allegations of abuse claims against staff
  • Training in a range of staffing related topics
  • Support in handling interactions with trade unions

Resourcing support

  • Advert placement on the Education Job Finder jobs board, through ad-hoc or annual subscription packages
  • [From April 2024] Optional (basic level) access to our easy to use candidate management system (CMS) for online applications (with enhanced functionality available at extra cost)
