The SEND and Inclusion Support Line is an advice and support telephone service which supports schools who need help with how to support and include pupils with SEND. It is delivered by staff with experience in SEND and inclusion.​

The team can undertake some visits to schools when more complex cases require pupil observations.​

The team can assist with suggesting strategies, reviewing risk management plans and curriculum provision for pupils who need extra support to participate in mainstream schools. In addition, they can offer an inclusion audit to review whole school provision, when appropriate.​

The team is co-located alongside the Virtual School for Looked After, previously Looked After and Adopted pupils, and works closely with the Norfolk STEPS team.
