The Norfolk Portage Service offers home-based educational support for pre-school children with additional needs.

The service provides parents and carers the tools and confidence to develop their child's play, communication, relationships and full participation in day-to-day life.

We focus on the child's strengths and development needs and work with the family to achieve the best outcome for their child.
