FAO: Primary phase support staff , 20 May 2024 10:58
For Staff

Following 5 successful rounds of training, the Working on Worries project has trained 124 pastoral workers and support staff to deliver Parent-Led CBT for Child Anxiety Problems for primary aged children within their schools. Please use the following link to see our  Information Leaflet (PDF) [150KB] and find out more about Working on Worries.

NSFT are running further fully-funded training in Parent-Led CBT. This will consist of two consecutive days of in-person training on the 10th and 11th of June, supplemented by a day of online training on the 18th that enables schools to offer the intervention in an online format. If you are interested in taking part, please complete our Expression of Interest Form to sign up to an orientation session, in which the project and your potential involvement will be discussed in more detail.

"Thoroughly enjoyable course. We will see less children with attendance discretions, less children using wellbeing services and happier children."

"I love this and feel it will be a very useful and effective tool to support families and children."
