If a school/college has a general query regarding school transport, they should contact the Norfolk County Council Customer Support Centre on 0344 800 8020.

For more specific enquiries or issues relating to transport into your school/college please email the Home to School Transport Operations Team on ptgnetwork@norfolk.gov.uk stating the name of your establishment in the email subject line.

Where schools have been allocated a dedicated point of contact in the Home to School Transport Operations team - these should continue to be used.
