Reducing Parental Conflict: Triple P Family Transitions Groups Autumn Term

Every Relationship Matters in Norfolk Coordinator has set new dates for the Triple P Family Transitions Group for the autumn term.  

Triple P Family Transitions is for parents who are divorced, separating, or separated and are finding it difficult to communicate in a healthy form, and the children are getting caught in the middle of their conflict.  

Dates and times of groups are (five weekly sessions of two hours each)

Friday 1 November- Friday 29 November 10am-12pm  

Thursday 7 November- Thursday 5 December 09:30am-11:30am  

Both groups will be delivered online via Teams.

We are no longer accepting the word document universal requests, we are now having universal requests being sent to Request for Support Early Help Information and Consent - Privacy - Section 1 - Norfolk County Council
