Support for assessment in writing at KS2

We are looking for some help with assessing writing for our Key Stage 2 students (excluding Year 6). We're really keen to hear from other schools that have had success with this. We're aiming to set up consistent assessment criteria, use formative assessments, and get our students involved in self-assessment. If you have any tips, resources, or examples of what's worked well for you, we'd love to hear from you. Your insights would be super helpful as we work to improve our approach.
