About Russ Jones

I am lead of assessment over the trust. We are the highest performing trust in Norfolk for two years running and I have developed a robust strategy to improve KS2 outcomes using forensic assessment methods to pick out 'easy fixes' and improve teaching and learning. These strategies have worked even in the most challenging circumstances as Greenpark is in the top 10 percentile of schools in the country serving a community filled with deprivation. I am more than willing to share strategies, look at QLAs or help with monitoring.
