Return of completed TITAN FE transition spreadsheets 2025

TITAN (Travel Independence Training Across Norfolk) supports young people with SEND to travel independently. This time of year, we are actively preparing to support year 11 students with their future journey to an FE establishment. 

This year we have provided information regarding eligibility and core routes; it is vital that you consider this when supporting your students with choosing an appropriate FE destination. 

If you have any Year 11 students with a Norfolk EHCP, a TITAN representative would have already contacted your school requesting the completion of an FE spreadsheet. 

Please return the completed spreadsheet by the end of February. 

This contact is essential for us to triage your students and ensure they receive the most suitable travel assistance based on their needs. This assistance could include TITAN travel training or, if eligible, specialist transport. 

Students identified as: 

• Capable of travel training: TITAN will provide bespoke support for students who can participate in travel training, if eligible. 
• Unable to participate in travel training: Students who cannot participate due to their needs will have their details forwarded to the Norfolk County Council Transport Team to check eligibility for specialist transport. 

Your input is crucial to ensure we provide the most appropriate travel assistance for your students' transitioning to their FE establishment, and if appropriate, focus on building independent travel skills that will benefit them now and in the future.
