Here at EducationHR, NCC's traded HR service for schools and MATs, we want to support you with your staffing needs. We appreciate the current environment is challenging and may require you to recruit or adjust your staffing structure, or in some cases, both.

Resourcing support

We operate Education Job Finder, our dedicated education and early years jobs board, for you to place your job adverts and reach thousands of candidates looking specifically for education or early years roles. Additionally, you can boost your adverts reach via our 'Feature job' and geo-target recruitment campaigns, reaching more candidates than you otherwise might do, and even those who aren't necessarily looking but see your advert on their socials and decide to apply!

If you want to access talent ahead of the game or are struggling to recruit to a particular post, please ask us to search our talent pools for you. We have teaching, teaching assistant, early years and redeployee talent pools, which contain candidates ready to apply to your vacancies. We source these candidates in many different ways, including meeting potential candidates out in the community, all over Norfolk and beyond, and via the power of social media.

We have also partnered with Teacher Booker to not only run Education Job Finder in a digitally improved way, but to offer an education specific applicant tracking system (ATS). The new Teacher Booker system enables you to move to online applications (even where you don't purchase the ATS). Research tells us that candidates prefer applying online and the Teacher Booker route makes it as easy as possible, allowing candidates to build a profile so they only need to input certain information once and can focus their application on your vacancy.

Staffing adjustment support

It may be that you are considering a staffing adjustment and would like support with this process. If you already buy into our HR Service A, B, or C, you'll know we have a team of expert HR consultants on hand to guide you through the steps. Please get in touch with your named consultant to discuss. If you don't buy into any of these services already, we can provide a quote to support you on an ad-hoc basis.

We can also provide redeployment support. Our highly experienced redeployment expert can provide extra support to employees at risk of redundancy through group and 1:1 employability sessions. Support includes guiding employees through the staffing adjustment process, job search assistance, application writing, interview support and regular communication with impacted employees. Please contact us if you wish to access this support. Charges apply to MATs who don't already buy into HR Service A, B or C.
