The Norfolk KS2 Challenge: System Leaders Programme

The Norfolk KS2 Challenge: System Leaders Programme for aspiring KS1 and KS2 leaders.

The deadline has been extended for the System Leaders Programme to enable more colleagues to benefit from this fantastic opportunity to develop their leadership skills and to support others to lead with purpose and inclusivity.  This system's leader program is designed to support colleagues to help their own and other schools develop and drive an inclusive leadership culture that strengthens their ethos and aligns with strategic goals. Colleagues who take part in the program will benefit from opportunities to network with others, take part in peer review and coaching triads as well as supervision sessions.

The Inclusive Schools Trust is offering up to 15 places for schools. Subsidised by the Trust and Local Authority, just a small contribution of £100 required.
