Healthcare Advice & Treatment - Pharmacy First for parents/carers and staff

Did you know you can get healthcare advice and treatment for common illnesses without needing a GP appointment? Pharmacy First services allow you to visit your local pharmacy for expert help with a range of minor health concerns—so you can get the right treatment, faster.

Pharmacists can provide treatment for the following conditions, subject to age restrictions:
- Sore throat (Ages 5 years and over)
- Ear infection/earache (Ages 1 to 17 years)
- Impetigo (Ages 1 year and over)
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs) (Women aged 16 to 64 years)
- Infected insect bites (Ages 1 year and over)
- Sinusitis (Ages 12 years and over)
