Together e-Courier changes

We are excited to inform you that starting today, our weekly school newsletter will be sent from a new email address: newsupdates@email.schools.norfolk.gov.uk. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to improve our communication and ensure you receive the latest updates and information seamlessly.

To ensure our emails do not end up in your junk or spam folder, we kindly ask you to add our new email address to your safe sender list. Here are the steps to do this:

For Outlook:

1. Open an email from newsupdates@email.schools.norfolk.gov.uk.
2. Right-click on the sender's name or email address.
3. Select "Add to Outlook Contacts".
4. Save and close.

For Gmail:

1. Open an email from newsupdates@email.schools.norfolk.gov.uk.
2. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the email.
3. Select "Add newsupdates@email.schools.norfolk.gov.uk to Contacts list".

For Yahoo Mail:

1. Open an email from newsupdates@email.schools.norfolk.gov.uk.
2. Click on the sender's name or email address.
3. Select "Add to contacts".

Additionally, to ensure images in our emails are always displayed, please follow these steps:

For Outlook:

1. Open an email from newsupdates@email.schools.norfolk.gov.uk.
2. At the top of the message, click "Download Pictures".
3. Select "Add Sender to Safe Senders List".

For Gmail:

1. Open an email from newsupdates@email.schools.norfolk.gov.uk.
2. Click "Always display images from newsupdates@email.schools.norfolk.gov.uk" at the top of the email.

For Yahoo Mail:

1. Open an email from newsupdates@email.schools.norfolk.gov.uk.
2. Click "Show Images" at the top of the email.
3. Select "Always show images from newsupdates@email.schools.norfolk.gov.uk".
