Diary dates for INTRAN training sessions
INTRAN - our first port of call for interpretation and translation suppliers, has released dates for its next training sessions.
The sessions are designed to boost colleagues' confidence about overcoming language barriers in their work, and to support you to champion equitable access to the public information and services you provide. Being on top of this also reflects our commitment to be inclusive and accountable - two of our core values.
The sessions will cover an overview of the wide range of interpretation and translation services available, the booking process step by step and include live demonstrations and best practice tips.
The training is suitable for everyone - whether new to using interpretation and translation services, or experienced and just needing a refresher.
All sessions will take place on Teams, and dates and times are as follows:
- Thursday 13 June 2024 (10:30-12pm)
- Wednesday 10 July 2024 (10:30-12pm)
- Tuesday 13 August 2024 (10:30-12pm)
- Thursday 12 September 2024 (10.30-12pm)
To book a place, email intran@norfolk.gov.uk with your preferred date, name, job title, organisation and any requirements.
