Free support to help identify young carers

Empowering education and community settings across Norfolk to support Young Carers.

The aims of this service are to:

• Help schools identify Young Carers (and reduce or remove inappropriate or excessive caring)
• Help train staff and community workers in the support of Young Carers Help schools and communities to support Young Carers individually and through groups
• Help schools and communities to support Young Carers individually and through groups
• Help education settings work towards the Young Carers in Schools Award

This free service is commissioned by Norfolk County Council delivered by Carers Matter Norfolk and The Benjamin Foundation.
