SEND and Inclusion Support Model

What has happened so far? (Jan 25)

We have already made significant progress in rolling out the new Model.

The SEND and Inclusion phoneline has been live since September 2025 and has taken over 2000 calls from professionals and parents. Feedback has been positive with callers finding the advisers helpful and supportive, and parents feeling they are heard and offered meaningful advice.

Zone Inclusion Partnership (ZIP) meetings and Team Around the School (TAS) meetings have been rolled out in two zones (Kings Lynn and West Norfolk (Central, East and North) and Norwich North. Whilst it is early days, these are going well, and we will use initial feedback to continue to shape the future shape of the Model.
