Angles Maths Hub CPD

Angles Maths Hub is offering fully funded opportunities to exceptional maths teachers to work as part of our local leaders community supporting the improvement of maths education within your school and beyond.

• Mastery Specialist - This national training provides the opportunity for experienced and high-quality primary and secondary maths teachers to develop an in depth understanding of Teaching for Mastery. The training involves a 2 year programme followed by the commitment to work beyond your school to support other schools in the local area.

• Professional Development Lead - A one-year training programme to become an accredited NCETM Professional Development Lead. This programme is designed for participants who would like to lead maths professional development beyond their own school.
• School Development Lead - Experienced teachers, including current Mastery Specialists and NCETM PD Leads can apply to complete the School Development Lead programme. This accreditation enables participants to provide bespoke school improvement support to schools in the local area.

Schools will receive funding to cover the cost of releasing teachers to attend the training. The funding released varies depending on the programme.
