On 28 January 2025, we communicated the roll out plan for the SEND and Inclusion Support Model, which forms part of our Local First Inclusion Programme. If you missed it, you can find it at SEND and Inclusion Support Model .

As part of the next phase of the roll-out, Zone Inclusion Partnership (ZIP) meetings will take place in the following zones after the February half-term:

  • Great Yarmouth (North)
  • Great Yarmouth (South)
  • North Norfolk
  • Broadland (North)
  • Breckland (South)
  • South Norfolk (South)
  • Norwich (South)

It is anticipated that the Headteachers and SENDCOs of mainstream and special schools within these zones would attend these meetings.  We are currently contacting schools in these zones to ask them to host one of these meetings, but please do get in touch at frances.wynn@norfolk.gov.uk if you are willing to host one for your zone.

Zones not listed above will have their first ZIP in the summer term and we will be in touch nearer the time to organise these.

As a reminder, If you would like hear more information about the model, the roll-out and associated changes to EPSS service, we are running two webinars this week for schools and professionals which all are welcome to join:
