INDES webform submission issues

We have been made aware of an issue with the INDES webform  - thank you to the schools who reported it to us. The issue occurs following a Microsoft update; when uploading a Word document from a Windows PC, some files may fail to upload. This issue appears to relate to the latest version of Word files, so may not affect all users.

During this time, if you experience any issues with files not uploading they can be sent via encrypted email to INDESIPSEFsupport@norfolk.gov.uk. We apologise for the inconvenience and are working with our Digital Team to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
