SEND and Inclusion Support Model - Zone Inclusion Partnership Meetings
Earlier this year, we communicated the roll out plan for the SEND and Inclusion Support Model, which forms part of our Local First Inclusion Programme. If you missed the earlier communications, the roll out plan can be found at SEND and Inclusion Support Model on the Norfolk Schools website.
As part of the next phase of the roll-out, Zone Inclusion Partnership (ZIP) meetings will continue to be rolled out this half term.
The aim of ZIP meetings is to bring together Headteachers and SENDCOs in a zone to share best practice, develop an understanding of need and common issues, and collectively plan responses.
The dates for the ZIP meetings that will take place this half-term are as follows:

Head Teachers and SENDCOs of Mainstream and Special schools within these zones will receive invitations to these meetings with further details.
Zones not listed above will have their first ZIP in the summer term and we will be in touch nearer the time to organise these.
