Access to EPSS services update.

As part of the new SEND and Inclusion Support Model, we took the decision to move away from trading EPSS services. From September 2025, EPSS will be free to access for all mainstream schools in Norfolk.  

As part of this change, we wanted to clarify how to schools can access EPSS support over the Summer Term. There will be three ways to access EPSS services:   

1. Through your Teams around the school (TAS) meetings (or core consultations), where specific needs and concerns can be discussed and addressed collaboratively.  
2. Via the SEND and Inclusion Support line (0333 313 7165), where your request will be discussed and passed to the relevant teams. We would like to note that this option should only be used when your request cannot wait until your TAS meeting or core consultation.  
3. For academies still under contract, through your EPSS point of contact of via the normal referral form.   

These methods ensure that resources are distributed effectively, targeting the areas of most significant need and ensuring that all schools receive the support they require to enhance their SEND and Inclusion strategies.
